Her Smile

When I looked at her smile, I knew she was up to something. She had been doing it for the past few days. I have no idea why. People say they want to tell me, but can't for some reason. I'm very curious on what it's about. I need to find out. I hope it is a good reason rather than a bad one.

The next day at school she did it again. Staring and smiling at me. It's was a little scary but soon I'll find out why she is. At the cafeteria, i was sitting down and i looked to the corner of my eye. I saw her and her friends looking at me and giggling. I decided to go up and ask what has been going on.

"Can I talk to you?" I asked. She smiled and said,"Sure!" At first I felt kinda nervous and frightened. Thinking what it's all about as we walked outside the cafeteria. I stood there for awhile looking at her. She seemed to be blushing for some reason. Suddenly i felt like i knew what it is about. All the staring and smiling. It all started to make sense. I felt a weird feeling in my stomach.

"Why do you keep on staring at me and smiling?" I asked. She got very quiet and blushed so much that her face turned red. I stood there waiting for an answer. "What would happened if I liked you?" she asked. Suddenly I felt like I was in a dream. I knew she was gonna ask, but for some reason it caught me off guard. I just shrugged and she suddenly looked depressed. "Never mind....." she said as she walked away. I looked at she was walking to the door. I ran and grabbed her arm. "I'd be happy" I said with smile. She stood there staring into my eyes as I stared into hers.

She started to come closer to me. Next thing we know, we're right next to each other. Close as can be. Suddenly, we kissed. Then I asked "Would you go out with me?" She smiled and kissed me saying,"Yes!"

I'll never forget that day. The day I found love with a smile.
